Rules of  Examinations

  1. Attendance is compulsory for all tests and examinations held during the year, failing which the student will be awarded zero. No consideration will be given to absentees, except on medical grounds, at the sole discretion of the Head of the school. It is the responsibility of both, students and their parents to ensure that they do not miss any written tests or Examinations.
  2. A minimum attendance record of 80% of the total number of working days in each semester is compulsory. Even on medical grounds, a child remaining absent for more than 20% of the total number of working days in each semester, may be detained in the same class.

  1. Grades will be awarded to students.
  2. There is no provision for re-test. Students who remain absent on the day of the examination, or those who have failed in one or more subjects. Request for change in examination dates or timings will not be entertained.
  3. Students reporting late for examinations will not be given any extra time for answering the question papers.
  4. Students found using any unfair means during any of the examinations, will be awarded zero in that subject. Parents and the concerned student will be summoned and asked to provide an explanation. Repeat of any such action in future will result in the prompt issue of Warning Letter / Suspension Letter.
  5. Request of the issue of progress report books before the declaration of results will not be entertained.
